Their customer service has always been good and I’ve never had any problems with their customer service. I did have a problem with my bike and I found that their customer service was great but I think that it would have been better if I had asked before I bought the First Bike. I would recommend First Bike Insurance to anyone who is considering buying their first bike and I think that it would be a great investment because I wouldn’t have to worry about anything if I was to do an accident.
